Tour Details

Uncover this chic and colourful city - a contemporary coastal resort, with a love of the outlandish. Receive a warm welcome at the local clubs, and in surrounding East Sussex, which boasts some of the most spectacular scenery in southern England. Travel in style on a Route-master bus afternoon tea tour (price on request), where you’ll pass by the UK’s most eccentric palace – The Brighton Royal Pavilion. Alternatively, take in panoramic views from above with a flight on the Brighton i360.

Please find our suggested itinerary for this tour below.

We've suggested attraction visits (not included in the above rate) to make your tour even more memorable.

Please note these are only suggestions and all attractions and fixtures offered are subject to availability.

Day 1.

Coach pick-up from your bowls club (or location of choice) and proceed to your centrally located hotel. On arrival, you'll be welcomed with tea and coffee.

Day 2.

Spend the morning at your leisure exploring the city, with its independent shops in the vintage lanes. In the afternoon, play a fixture at a local club, for example Brighton Bowls Club, located only 3 miles from the hotel. Alternatively, we can play a game in the morning, leaving the afternoon to experience the Routemaster afternoon tea bus tour, or a flight on the i360.

Day 3.

Today you will venture into the sweeping South Downs. Explore the surrounding areas, before heading to an afternoon fixture at Henfield Bowls Club.

Day 4.

Today will be spent in Eastbourne - with its inviting town centre and a seafront that stretches as far as the eye can see. Play one of the local clubs, for example, Eastbourne Parade Bowls Club, in the afternoon.

Day 5.

Depart after breakfast for a leisurely trip back home.

Our Bowls Club spent 5 days / 4 nights on a Tour to Worcester in September. All the arrangements were made by Bowling Tours....who were friendly, helpful and very efficient, taking great care to support me as this was the first Tour I had been responsible for. Answering all my questions and providing excellent advice. Our hotel in Worcester (The Whitehouse) was welcoming and comfortable.....excellent food and friendly staff. A great location to use as a base to play matches against local Clubs. Our group, of just 24 members, had a great time - and the amazing weather enabled us to enjoy some of the sights of Worcester in our free time.... Thank You !

Thank you Bowling Tours for arranging our hotel in Cornwall. 40 of us stayed at the Esplanade Hotel in Newquay for 5 nights. The staff were extremely helpful, all the rooms were excellent, the food was of a very high quality and the entertainment first rate. Well done Bowling Tours this is the second year you have catered for us admirably.

We have just returned from a four-day tour organised by Bowling Tours. We stayed at the Queen's Hotel in Paignton which was an excellent hotel - great food and entertainment and the staff couldn't do enough to help - we highly recommend it. The coach and driver were very good. There was good communication with Kahing and the team at Bowling Tours which helped make the whole weekend go very smoothly.
