Bowling Tours is ever-evolving it’s policies to best support touring clubs, as we understand the vital need for flexibility, as do our trusted fixture hosts, coach providers and hotel partners.

Welcoming and safeguarding our guests is Bowling Tours highest priority. With our focus always on the bowling community, we are equally aware that hosting tours gives a necessary social and economic boost to every Bowls club.

With this in mind, we would like to share the actions we are taking to ensure your safety and wellbeing remains at the forefront.

Don’t Cancel, Postpone

This unprecedented campaign has had immense success, due to our special relationship with bowls clubs, hotels, attractions and coach partners. We are grateful for your loyalty, positivity and the trust you place in us as your travel partner.

We know you are as keen as us to get your tour to run, and this will be facilitated by:

Tour Safety Procedures

Your wellbeing is our primary objective and we have taken active steps to make it so.

We have joined forces with our hotel, attraction and coach partners, to ensure that your safekeeping is a collaborative priority.

We have reviewed the health and safety policies of our partners to implement a new minimum standard, focusing on hygiene and sanitation. From high tech cleaning technology and protective distancing equipment through to sanitising room protocol and simple modifications to visiting and staying procedures; we have scrutinised every element of your tour.

Itineraries will undergo a comprehensive risk assessment to ensure that every aspect of your tour, from coach travel and hotel stay through to fixture clubs and experience visits are safe and responsible.

It is our duty to monitor and manage the evolving situation on your behalf and actively communicate with your before and during your tour.
